Keeping our Skin Healthy and Young

Here at Everest, we are always looking at ways to help our patients achieve success with their goals. Many patients see us to look and feel younger. In that regard, we now offer botox and fillers. We are investigating other ways to improve our health and looks as well. The best way to achieve a younger look is healthy skin. In order to obtain this, the proper skincare routine is necessary.

  1. Daily Skincare Routine - Establishing a daily skincare routine is pivotal for keeping your skin looking its best. Here's a streamlined routine to help you create one that's effective and easy to follow:

    Morning Routine:

    • Begin with a gentle cleanser to wash away overnight impurities.

    • Follow with a toner to restore pH balance and prime your skin.

    • Apply a serum with active ingredients, such as vitamin C or hyaluronic acid, to address specific skin needs.

    • Moisturize to hydrate and protect your skin for the day ahead.

    • Always finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect against UV damage.

    Evening Routine:

    • Start with an oil-based cleanser followed by a water-based cleanser for a deep clean that removes makeup and grime.

    • A few times a week, use a gentle exfoliator to remove dead skin cells and enhance skin texture.

    • Reapply toner to rebalance your skin post-cleansing.

    • If needed, use targeted treatment products like retinol or acne treatments.

    • End with a rich night cream to nourish and repair your skin as you sleep.

Sticking to this routine consistently will yield the best results. Customize it to suit your skin type and particular concerns, and if you need more help or have any questions, we're here to support you!
